Indeed it can be hectic to sometimes position a large creature. A good example from TBC would be Quagmirran in Slave Pens. Though we approach him and he comes up the ramp to fight us, it is best to flip him around which entails running down a bit. I did a university course on existentialism so have a little bit of an idea on the subject. I believe he does exist, but his existence is different if people perceive him. If they don't they only have themselves to identify themselves.
